There is never a problem or a solution, there is just what is.
You may choose to dissolve what is or evolve what is.
What I mean by this is that, if you feel sad, angry, hurt, judged etc then you may dissolve this, so that you can move beyond it.
You may evolve it, so that it begins to take over your body, your brain, your mind, your soul and your life.
Another example could be:
If you feel happy, loved, peaceful, in joy, accepted etc then you may evolve this so that it takes over your body, brain, mind and soul.
You may dissolve it, by rejecting it, so that your body, brain, mind and soul begin to move toward that which doesn't serve you or anyone around you.
So, if you like what is then evolve it, if you don't like what is, then dissolve it.
